At The Innovation Loop, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated new User researcher in a work-study contract to complete our design team for a contract of a 1-year minimum from September 2023. You’ll be based in our beautiful offices at Euratech, Lille, with the possibility to work from home 3 days a week.


You’ll be working with me, Lucie, Lead User Researcher, in collaboration with the Design team, to make impactful research. At The Innovation Loop, we are seeing big as we’re helping innovators and funders make a real difference in the world. To achieve such a mission, we put the users at the centre of our organisation. We need you because we actually believe that’s user research is the key to understanding better our users and doing so, designing better products.


You will work in a very stimulating environment, with a lot of room to learn new skills. We are developing various products and projects at the same time, in an international environment, with cross-skilled stakeholders.

We care about each other, we love sharing and there is often room for a good joke during a meeting.


As a user research apprentice, you will:

-Design studies: surveys, interviews, usability tests, diary studies…

-Recruit participant

-Animate our user lab (our platform dedicated only to participating in user research) by posting messages, animating forums and launching studies.

-Grow our B2B user panel

-Analyse and synthesized studies results

-And more!

You will always find help and direction in this mission with Lucie.


Your superpowers are:

-Currently enrolled in the third or fourth year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in UX design, interaction design, or a related field;

-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills;

-Ability to work collaboratively and take direction;

-You are people-minded and eager to learn;

-You have good mastery of English & French, both oral and written.
